Shipping & Returns

Fitzilverjools.com will send goods to most addresses World Wide but if your Country is not listed on our login form you will need to contact us before purchasing so that we can calculate the delivery charge.

The Fitzilverjools.com shopping cart will calculate the shipping cost based on the value of the items to be shipped and the shipping destination.

Depending on your preferred payment method your order should be with you within 2-5 working days (usually next day).  We try to be as fair as possible with our shipping charges. We believe that a well informed customer is a happy customer.

You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are unhappy with it. We do not refund the shipping charge.

All returns must be authorised by email first admin@Fitzilverjools.com

Items returned for a refund must be sent to us via insured post and be in as new condition. All returned products are thoroughly tested before a refund is issued. Fitzilverjools.com will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods.

If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return it for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the goods.
